Cancellation Policy – Naturalpure

Overview

At Naturalpure, we understand that plans can change. This Cancellation Policy explains how customers can cancel orders and the conditions under which cancellations are accepted.


Order Cancellation

  • Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped or dispatched.

  • Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and will fall under our Return & Refund Policy instead.


How to Cancel an Order

To cancel your order, you may:

  • Contact our customer support team with your Order ID, or

  • Request cancellation through your account dashboard (if applicable).

Cancellation requests must be submitted as soon as possible after placing the order.


Cancellation Confirmation

  • After a successful cancellation request, you will receive a confirmation via email or SMS.

  • If the order has already been processed or shipped, cancellation may not be possible.


Refund for Cancelled Orders

  • If payment has already been made, the refund will be initiated after cancellation approval.

  • Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.

  • Bank or payment gateway processing times may vary.


Non-Cancellable Orders

Orders may not be eligible for cancellation in the following cases:

  • The order has already been shipped or is out for delivery.

  • Customized or personalized products (if applicable).

  • Products marked as non-cancellable during purchase.


Naturalpure’s Right to Cancel

Naturalpure reserves the right to cancel an order under certain circumstances, including:

  • Product unavailability

  • Pricing or technical errors

  • Payment issues

  • Suspected fraudulent transactions

In such cases, customers will be informed and a full refund will be issued.
