At Naturalpure, we understand that plans can change. This Cancellation Policy explains how customers can cancel orders and the conditions under which cancellations are accepted.
Orders can be cancelled before they are shipped or dispatched.
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled and will fall under our Return & Refund Policy instead.
To cancel your order, you may:
Contact our customer support team with your Order ID, or
Request cancellation through your account dashboard (if applicable).
Cancellation requests must be submitted as soon as possible after placing the order.
After a successful cancellation request, you will receive a confirmation via email or SMS.
If the order has already been processed or shipped, cancellation may not be possible.
If payment has already been made, the refund will be initiated after cancellation approval.
Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
Bank or payment gateway processing times may vary.
Orders may not be eligible for cancellation in the following cases:
The order has already been shipped or is out for delivery.
Customized or personalized products (if applicable).
Products marked as non-cancellable during purchase.
Naturalpure reserves the right to cancel an order under certain circumstances, including:
Product unavailability
Pricing or technical errors
Payment issues
Suspected fraudulent transactions
In such cases, customers will be informed and a full refund will be issued.
